The valorisation of the results of scientific and technological research, in a context of wide openness of the Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) towards the socio-economic ecosystem, is the central mission of the Strategic Marketing and Knowledge Sharing (SMKS) Unit. The SMKS Unit promotes FBK in its role as a hub for research and innovation by establishing relationships with companies and public bodies to create new opportunities to apply its technological portfolio, its scientific results and its expertise. To this end, the SMKS Unit supports the Foundation’s researchers in the process of transferring knowledge and technology to companies and public bodies, thus promoting technological innovation processes.
